Great experience from start to finish! The van was perfect for our trip, clean, comfortable, and everything went smoothly. Romildo was very polite and responsive. Every time I sent him a message or had a question, he answered and helped me right away. Pickup and return were easy with no problems. I really appreciate the great communication and service. I would definitely rent from him again and highly recommend him!

Hello, during our trip we drove through heavy rain and discovered that the van has multiple roof leaks. Water came into the passenger cabin and also into the cargo area/trunk, soaking parts of the interior. This issue was not disclosed before the rental, and it significantly affected our trip. The hoster never replied to my messages.
