I hesitated to write this review because I was conflicted.

First, the positives: The host is a very nice person. He responds promptly. Picking up and dropping off the car was easy and smooth. If it was a different vehicle, it would probably be a 5-star review, but sadly, it was not.

The experience with the van was horrible. Im sorry to say that. If I didnt have a group with 9 other people counting on me, I would have canceled. And in fact, 20 minutes into my trip, I literally turned the van around and was going to cancel until the group said "let's continue on and hope for the best."

So we did.

The TPMS was faulty and without knowing that, I had to stop and check tire pressures and put air in the tires and get filthy doing it and the trip had only begun. I should have been alerted at worst, the issue repaired at best before offering the vehicle.

The rear temperature control wasn't working at all. No air was blowing.  Me and my front seat copilot had to turn the dash/ (front) AC on full to try and get the riders in the back some air, while we were freezing.

The passenger-side rear door had a warning on the dash that it was ajar...as did the side passenger door. That caused concern, not knowing if they truly were closed and secure. Again, it shouldhave been addressed prior to offering the van. Clearly, the latch didnt work correctly because the rattling of the side door latch was excruciatingly annoying.

The van could not be driven over 60 MPH without horrible road noise and terrible vibration,  indicative of unbalanced/unaligned wheel/tires.  With travel on the interstate and speed limits of 70 MPH, the rattling, vibrating was very uncomfortable.  The vibration would also LOCK the seat belts, rendering them unable to be adjustable when needing to change position.  2 seat belts in rear wear not functioning,

This vehicle offering reflects poorly on the Turo brand and reputation. The issues mentioned were not only a major inconvenience but also a safety hazard.

Nice vehicle. Will rent again. 👍🏽
