Host gave me drop off instructions to enter a parking garage that was too short for the car because they forgot to update their automated drop off message. Car ended up hitting the garage and now I’m out $3K. How does that make sense? It’s too much to expect to get correct instructions from your host? Buyer beware.
We are very sorry this happened. This van has completed 40+ trips and every single one has been a 5-star experience, because we stay highly responsive, keep our vehicles super clean, and aim for a seamless return every time. In this case, the guest admitted they typed in the wrong address and ended up at a different location than the drop-off address we provided, which created the confusion at return.
