The vehicle performed reliably throughout our trip, and we were able to complete around 1,000 miles without any major mechanical issues. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive.
However, the overall condition of the vehicle was below expectations. There were noticeable signs of prior wear and damage around the exterior, and some repairs appeared unfinished. In addition, a couple of warning indicators (ABS and washer fluid) appeared intermittently during the trip. While these did not affect drivability, they did raise some concern.
We had also asked in advance about removing the last row of seats to better accommodate passengers and luggage, but this was not arranged.
Overall, the vehicle was functional and competitively priced, but clearer expectations regarding condition and better preparation prior to handoff would improve the experience.
Glad to hear your airport pickup and drop-off went smoothly and that you were able to drive 1,000 miles without any issues aside from minor cosmetic imperfections.
Regarding the seat removal, I want to clarify that from the day you booked, I mentioned the rear seats are bolted in and cannot be removed, and at the time you confirmed that this wouldn’t be an issue.

This vehicle was convenient for our trip. We landed at 7:45 and was ble to pick up the rental a hour early with no hesitations. We had no issues with the vehicle and it drove great. Thank you again for those accommodations they and your company are greatly appreciated.

This 15-passenger van includes all factory-standard features for its trim. Heated seats were never listed or advertised. The vehicle has its original factory audio system; if there were any connectivity questions, I would have gladly assisted during the trip. The exterior is exactly as manufactured—no parts are missing—and the listing photos accurately reflect the vehicle.
