The vehicle was nice however there was a tracking device placed in the van which made me feel violated and constantly watched. I also had a reservation to pick up at 12 drop off at 12 that allowed me to have unlimited mileage. The day of I was running late so I changed pick up to 3 same day and drop off at 1 on scheduled return day. The change made me lose my unlimited mileage and I wasn't informed of that until after I confirmed i wanted the change. When i asked the owner to be accommodating and honor the unlimited mileage he gave some excuse and refused. I would recommend this van as it is nice snd ride good however when u finalize your plans make sure you dont have to make any changes they will say they understand but will not be accommodating
Thank you for your feedback. The vehicle’s GPS tracker is fully disclosed in the listing and is used only for security purposes in accordance with Turo policy. The original reservation included unlimited miles, however after the trip modification Turo automatically updated the mileage terms based on the new reservation details. This was not manually changed by me. I appreciate your trip and feedback.
