Ahmed has been an incredible host since I first reserved the vehicle on Turo. We needed 15 passenger van for women and seniors. Ahmed’s Mercedes Sprinter passenger vehicle was a safe, comfortable, clean, efficient high end truck. It was clean and ready for immediate use upon picking up the van. Ahmed has been very quick to respond to any question I had. Are reassured me the vehicle was ready and that no surprise actions would occur as we got closer to my rental week. He provided luggage hold dimensions to help us determine how much could he packed.
In conclusion, I am confident I could not have found a more suitable 15 passenger van for our group. And definitely not at the reasonably priced rental. Thank you,, sir.

The location was cool but the Van quality was run down, cracked windshield, bumps and scratches all around the van. Also the interior of the van was dirty and sticky not what I expected of the sprinter from the photos.

The car is roomy and spacious & comfortable.
The passenger's window was loose so the air outside created a flapping noise the whole 12 hours trip. The diesel pump was malfunction it was totally locked. We had TA gas station personnel to help and still couldn't figure it out. Thankfully, we had to use a tool to lift up the lid to refuel after 45 minutes, it was stressful.
My husband booked the vehicle from Wednesday to Sunday for $1560, on the day he came to pickup they said his reservation was canceled because his DL was blurry. No one call or email or attemp any communication at all. He offered to resubmit his DL but was denied so we're stranded with no vehicle. We ended up paying $200 for Uber to pick up our family members at the airport. The following day they released the vehicle to be available to be book, I booked the vehicle from Thursday to Sunday they increased the price to $1897. I had to booked it because I needed badly. I did talk to the owner and he later accommodate me with a $200 credit. Turo need to better communicate with their customers. Not only it was inconvenient and stressful for me and my family, I felt it was not legit when I'm being taking advantage of. This is not good business. To gain a couple of hundred is not worth loosing a lifetime customer.

TURO canceled your husband’s booking because his license didn’t meet their rules. They tried to contact him, but he didn’t follow instructions. You then made a new account to book, and the higher price was TURO’s automatic rate change, not mine. Vehicle was inspected before pickup; no fueling issues found, and window will be checked. The situation could have been avoided by completing TURO’s verification.
Pick up and drop off extremely smooth host is communicative! Sprinter was amazing for 10 passengers and tons of cargo space! Runs smooth and fuel economy is great! Overall trip was Great! Highly recommend!
