Overall, we had a great experience with this rental. The van appeared to be fairly new, was clean, and drove very well. Lee was extremely responsive throughout the process, which made communication easy, and our group really enjoyed the trip.
The only issue was some confusion about the pickup and drop-off location. The listing indicated EWR Airport, so we expected the vehicle to be picked up and returned at the airport. However, the actual pickup and return were at their office, which is about 15 minutes from EWR. They do provide a free shuttle, and I was informed the day before that this was explained in the instructions. While the shuttle worked fine, the office was on the opposite side of our travel route, adding approximately 30–45 minutes to our trip each way.
Other than that, everything went smoothly, and we were very happy with the vehicle and the overall service. I would recommend them, especially if you’re aware of the pickup and drop-off process in advance.
