This was the worst experience. Our flight was scheduled to show up to Newark at 11pm, and I let Lee know about it months in advance to make sure it wasn't an issue. He replied with No problem, that it was ok. The day of, I message him asking for info on pickup which he then tells me is not possible due to office hours and that he would be able to send someone to pick us up the following day. We had a party of 11 people and had to pay for 2 Ubers to pick us up from the airport. The next day his driver is late picking us up, then when he takes us to the office to check out the van, the lady tells us the keys are in the van, we head out then the vehicle tells us there is no key located when we are about 5mins away. Its almost 2 weeks after and I still do not receive my refund for the day he canceled on us. Not reliable. Do not recommend.

The van had enough seats and trunk space for our needs. Very nice van and would definitely rent again.
