The very first message sent after your reservation is confirmed explains that the airport does not allow Turo vehicles to be picked up at the terminal. Turo provides an off-site parking lot with a free shuttle to and from the airport. This information is shared in advance, so we encourage guests to read the check-in instructions carefully. If an airport pickup is required, a traditional airport rental would be a better option.
