The van worked well for transporting our entire family during our vacation and provided plenty of space, which was a major benefit. The pickup location was easy to find, and the host was friendly, easy to work with, and communicated very well throughout the rental process.
There were a few areas that could be improved. The van was quite noisy while driving, making it difficult to hear family members sitting in the back, and the radio needed to be turned up significantly to enjoy music. The air conditioning also took some time to begin cooling properly and required driving the vehicle for a while before it became effective. Additionally, the van was not as clean as we expected when we picked it up.
Overall, the van served our needs well and was a convenient option for traveling with a larger group, but a few maintenance and cleanliness improvements would make the experience even better.
