Vehicle is governed at 75 miles an hour had a smell in it like mothballs and ac worked until it got 95 then the AC didn’t work in the rear or the front

A good mode of transportation with everything working as it should

Pickup location was easy. The AC was not the best. Barely blew out of 4 of the vents. The key to start the van was always getting jammed. The van was not very clean, and had a funky smell. Sometimes the side door lock doesn’t fully unlock which causes the door to not open. Richard did quickly respond to my issues but unfortunately they couldn’t be resolved. He said he would check into the AC when the car was returned. Overall, the van is 12 years old almost and I understand there is going to be some issues.. but I definitely would have spent the extra money for a newer van that don’t stink and had better AC. The van was not clean and in great condition to rent out in my opinion.
