We were on a family trip of 12 to Las Vegas and our flight was delayed 3 hours. Our original Turo booking was canceled by another host with no communication while we were midair due to the delay. We were able to book this Ford Transit the next day, with same day pickup, and Erik was very accommodating and understanding of our situation. There was no way we were going to get around Vegas without reliable transportation! The pickup and return instructions were with ease. The ride was great for our family trip!
