The rear air conditioning in the vehicle did not work during my rental. I reached out to the host for assistance, clearly explaining the issue and even providing photos of the controls I was using to try to turn it on. Their initial response was simply, “what do you mean,” despite my detailed explanation.
They later claimed that the AC was working fine. In an effort to resolve the issue, I asked if I could come by so they could demonstrate that it was functioning properly. After that request, they stopped responding entirely.
This was especially frustrating, as I specifically rented the vehicle to accommodate multiple passengers, and the lack of rear AC made the ride very uncomfortable for everyone.

We did respond and asked for clarification to better assist, but we did not receive further details that would allow us to troubleshoot in real time.
