Perfect for what I needed to host my friends and family that was in town. Van was great and easy process to pick up and return vehicle. Only one thing that the unlock button sometimes wont unlock the door. It will take a few presses to unlock or it will just work on it own, sometime it wont work and sometimes it will. Might be a connection problem with the driver side unlock button. But we managed and over came. Very minor issue! Thank you!

The car was clean, very spacious, and the seats were comfortable, so overall it was nice in terms of space and cleanliness. However, there were several issues with the car that made the rental less enjoyable. The A/C in the back seats only seemed to work when it was set to max, and all of the doors had to be unlocked manually. The biggest concern was that the windshield wiper actually came off while we were driving, which was pretty alarming and could have been dangerous, especially if it had been raining heavily.
The car itself was comfortable and roomy, but I definitely think it needs better maintenance and inspection before being rented out to the next customer.

Poor instructions for return of vehicle resulting in ticket. Door sensor malfunctioning the entire week. Owner knew of issue and only response was “ part is on order”.

The return instructions were sent in advance and clearly stated to return the van to the same pickup location and message us immediately with any issue. Instead, it was moved to a paid lot without contacting us, which caused the ticket. The door-sensor message was answered within nine minutes; we confirmed the door closed securely and that the replacement sensor was on order, instead of cancelling the trip last minute. No further concern was reported during the week.
