Communication was quick and no issues. Van was plenty of space and clean. Drove without any issues. Will rent again when the need arises for this size of vehicle as the price was fair.

Its quarter-panel glass was broken, and despite contacting every glass vendor in Las Vegas, the earliest repair was the evening of the 24th. With no comparable replacement available, we would not release a vehicle with damaged glass. We sincerely apologize for the disruption caused by circumstances beyond our control.

The van was perfect for what we needed! We even had an issue with a tire and our host Sam instructed us on how to take care of it right away. Great customer service and great overall experience!

The van was out of alignment and shuttered dangerously at freeway speeds, and the checkout process was confusing and unclear
