Car was missing pieces, did not drive well over 75 mph, host did not communicate very well or even read or respond to messages and drop off/ pickup location is horrible. I had to leave my family of 8 at the airport to get my car way offsite. This added a lot of expense.
Brandon, this van has 50 trips and a long history of 5-star reviews, so your experience certainly doesn’t reflect the norm. When you told us you had a large group, we specifically explained airport delivery options, but you chose a different arrangement and later complained about the “inconvenience.” You also broke the fuel door and then said you didn’t want to be held accountable for it. We stand behind our communication, maintenance, and transparency, and wish you the best on future trips.
