Communication on car drop off was good. Car quality was not to picture, seats was dirty and uncomfortable torn a hole in my sons shorts as he was sitting due to seat buckle had no plastic cover. As we drove down the road AC barely blew up top @106 degree weather while van shaking when reported 30 minutes into driving it the host didn’t believe it was shaking so when drove on freeway only at 65 miles like I was on spin cycle off balanced. Took all day to resolve the issue.

The car was exactly as described in the listing—clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable to drive. Pickup and drop-off were smooth and convenient, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout the trip. The vehicle performed great, had good fuel economy, and made our trip much more enjoyable. I would definitely rent this car again and recommend both the vehicle and host to future renters.

Pick up and drop off was at the remote lot which is located 15 minutes away from the airport. You will need to use the rental car shuttle or an Uber/Lyft/Local Cab to get there. Just beware of the fees whenever you exit the remote lot. The van operated smoothly and had adequate space for all my family. The owner responded fairly quick. Overall, I would highly rent from them again.
