Overall, the vehicle worked well for our trip and the owner was very communicative throughout the process. The vehicle was ready on time, clean, and easy to pick up.
The main issue was that the rear air conditioning/airflow was not working. We were traveling in a very hot area, and the passengers in the back were extremely uncomfortable because there was little to no airflow.
Another inconvenience was that we originally booked a 12-passenger vehicle, but that reservation was canceled the day before our trip. The owner did offer this replacement vehicle, which we appreciated, but we had to remove a few passengers and rearrange parts of our trip to make it work.
Other than those issues, communication was excellent, and the owner was responsive and helpful throughout the rental process. We appreciated having a replacement vehicle available and were able to complete our trip successfully.
