Van was perfect and made our trip way more fun. Tons of room in the back for packing gear and lots of seating. Vehicle drove great and was enjoyable to drive. Would definitely rent this van or another one from them again! Thank you!

Van was ok, but was disappointed when the host went no contact and wouldn't meet me half way when we discovered that the van was missing a whole row, and that instead of 2 toddler 5 point harness carseats he gave us a booster and a broken 5 point harness. He would not answer the phone, was being condescending and rude when it came to coming to an arrangement on returning the van. Told me the carseat situation wasn't a big deal and was not helpful when I was trying to return the very useless van. Would not recommend renting from these hosts.
