Great van easy to drive good on gas. Easy pickup good communication

When we pickup the car there’s a lot of ants near the backdoor, my newborn bit and most of the passenger at the back. We notice that only when we’re on the road. We need to see doctor for that. I think they missed that spot to clean.

We take cleanliness and guest safety seriously. The van was inspected and cleaned before this trip, and we found no evidence of ants. We have never had an ant complaint before or after this guest. Prior to the trip, the guest requested car seats that were not added to the reservation. We explained that extras must be added through the Turo app. Unfortunately, we could not provide unreserved items. The later allegation does not reflect the condition of our vehicle.
