The instructions were clear for pickup and drop off! Everything was great with the Van! Definitely recommend DTR!!

Trip went well. Van was clean and ready to go! Had issues at pickup and drop off. The instructions weren’t very clear! One area said to go inside and find someone and another said there was a code to a lock box when picking up but never gave the code to us. When calling and messaging the host it took about 40 minutes for an answer! At drop off I was unsure where to park and that may have been more on my part so that’s why I still did 4 stars. Overall it was great for when we had it!
