Great 1 h late due to traffic

I booked this car for a family trip, and during the trip, I reached out because the AC was not working. They read my message but did not reply, so we were extremely hot during the trip, and I guess it was not their problem.

Vehicle was clean and personnel was accommodating. Our initial vehicle had mechanical issues and broke down in the middle of the road. Serviceman brought us a replacement vehicle and waived the refill policy. Everything was smooth afterwards.
