This was our first time using this app service & most of it was easy. The van had more than enough room for 6 people & all our luggage (we originally had 9 coming). We were flying in & I selected the airport as the pickup location in my vehicle search. The app stated details on pickup would be decided on with the host once the reservation was booked, but the van host was still an option. So when I did that & saw the pickup location wasn’t the airport, I messaged Adrian. He told me to switch the pickup location in the app, which I did, but it added an additional $200+. That was an unexpected additional charge when my search results populated based on picking up at the airport.
Other than that, actually finding/picking up the vehicle & dropping it off was a breeze.
