I was disappointed with the 8-10 passenger van because from the picture that was sent to me made the van look like it was newer which I assumed that it was a 2018/2019 and it looked to me like it was a 2008 and it was disappointing. My family and I will never use Turo again based on the above.

Worked perfectly for our family. A little beat up but ran great. 👍

Everything was great except the van itself. 2 broken seat belts (and we had all seats filled), suspension is shot, the doors don’t unlock unless you turn it on and you can only get in with key in the door on passenger side, and tires at the end of their life. The van looks a bit beat up (e.g., missing side fender) but we thought that was a protective factor by making the van “look local!” The interior was clean. The pick up location was very easy to uber to and next to some delicious food trucks to catch your first bite. Also right next to Costco for gas fill on way home. The communication via app was great.
