Lovely trip, lovely car. Easy to pick up, easy to drive, huge gas tank. Felt very safe.

Van was extremely dirty! Spills all over the floor, crumbs smashed into the floor mat. I had to wash the outside myself. Also the car had a damage on the rear bumper amd door causing the door not to shut properly. Also the slider door stopped working mid way thru the rental. We got it back working again.

Horrible renter to host. Complained about everything imaginable and then blamed us instead of taking the time to properly review the vehicle listing. We accommodated this renter as much as we possibly could, including waiting extra hours for pickup, but unfortunately none of that was appreciated. One of the most difficult and ungrateful renters we’ve dealt with.

The MB Sprinter was great, it accommodated my family well. We loved it! Pick up and drop off was smooth and communication was top notch. Will be definitely renting it again in the future. Highly recommended!
