Not true! Turo cancelled the trip. The issue was the guest was trying to reach me and I was in a location with no wifi access hence,the guests license was not approved. I listed a 2nd contact number where a member of my team could be reached which was never called. There was constant communication between me and the guest but without license confirmation from the host the trip was cancelled by Turo. The second license verification by the host should be eliminated.
Perfect vehicle for a large group. Easy pick up and drop off. Great communication.

The host, Candith, is an excellent communicator. And very nice when you finally get to meet her.
The van is solid. Few bells and whistles, but it runs smooth and was roomy for our seven person group.
Overall excellent.
