Quick response and answered all of my questions. Only thing I felt was weird was when we picked up the van, it was dirty on the inside. Overall, good/decent.

Van was great, but we had a hard time finding the location, because we did not realize it was not at the airport as we requested. A little bit more communication is needed to clients when booking.

The reason why the van is parked at USA park is simply to avoid damaging the roof and to protect the roof of the van which is quite important since its already been damaged. To protect the guest from crashing the van into unfriendly parking areas that have a low ceiling is my highest priority. Also, your complaint should be against the airport and not me.
