Car was as advertised. Oil change was overdue and back tires were extremely low upon receipt of vehicle.

This van was absolutely perfect for our group of 9 adults in town celebrating a 40th birthday. There’s so much room and easily hauled all of us plus our luggage. There were some dints and dings on the exterior but nothing that caused any issues.
The only problem we had was the pickup day. I had paid to change the pickup/drop off location to the airport a few days for the trip. Communication was stellar up until we landed in Jackson and the van was nowhere to be found. I couldn’t get anyone on the phone or a response back for 45 minutes while waiting at the airport. We were then told they were running behind and due to increased traffic, they wouldn’t be able to get there for another 40 minutes. We ended up ubering to their location and then it was smooth sailing from there.
I will say traffic was increased due to the VP coming to town semi-unexpectedly causing increased traffic but would’ve appreciated communication so I could’ve avoided panicking. I would most definitely rent from them again but just be weary of potential communication issues.
