I was informed 4 hours after I picked the Van up that I had to wash the vehicle inside and out before returning it I have never had to wash the outside of a car I rented before with Turo

Thank you for renting with us. We apologize for any confusion. We do not charge guests for not washing the van. Our request was made because vans have sometimes been returned with excessive mud and very dirty interiors. We also accommodated you with convenient curbside pickup and drop-off. We appreciate your feedback and will clarify our wording to avoid future misunderstandings about exterior washing. We hope to have the pleasure of hosting you again!
Great service and awesome vehicle
Will rent again
