The Sprinter was beautiful inside and out, and the host was very responsive throughout the entire trip. They provided plenty of helpful information, making pickup and communication easy. My kids especially loved the TV, and the heated seats were a nice bonus.
My concern was the ride quality. This was my third time renting a Sprinter, and compared to my previous experiences, this one rode noticeably rough and bumpy throughout the entire trip to and from Florida. It made me a little nervous at times and affected the overall comfort of the ride.
We also had an issue at one point after putting gas and taking off. All the seat belts were locked and we couldn’t put them on.
Overall, the van was clean, well equipped, and the host was great, but felt the need to mention the ride quality.
Van needed wheel alignment. We changed all 4 tires with new tires and did the wheel alignment. It is good as new.
