• Roadside assistance after an accident

  If the vehicle is undriveable, contact us to let us know and call roadside assistance at (415) 965-4525 (US). If you were in an accident with another vehicle, record the other driver's full name, address, and contact information. Get the vehicle registration number and insurance provider information. Be sure to get the contact information of any witnesses and to take clear photos of their car and all damages. Note: Roadside assistance is not available if you violate Turo's Term of Service, allow an unauthorized driver to use the vehicle, or intentionally cause damage or misuse the vehicle.

• How do parking fees work?

  John Wayne Airport: Parking in Upper Departure Lot ($2/hour) will be covered by us up until the pick-up time of your reservation. This will be covered by cash left in the van. If picked up after scheduled time, additional parking costs charged by the airport will be your responsibility. **During checkout, please make sure to leave your ticket in the vehicle so that I can exit the parking structure. If you forget / lose it, there will be a $25 charge as that's what I will be charged to exit** Hotels: All daily parking rates charged by the hotel will be your responsibility. Please be sure to pay it before your reservation ends. If not, I will send a bill for parking after your trip.

• Can I drop the van off at John Wayne Airport if I picked it up at Grand Californian Hotel?

  Yes! If you ordered delivery to the Grand Californian Hotel, you can leave the van at John Wayne Airport at the end of your reservation for no extra charge.

• Can I leave my own vehicle at the pick-up location?

  Yes! The pick-up/drop-off location is a public shopping center parking lot. You are welcome to leave your vehicle there during your trip at your own risk. *This does not necessarily apply to delivery locations*

• What happens if I drive on a toll road?

  The van is equip with its own transponder for a reduced rate on SoCal toll roads. After your trip is over, we will bill you for any toll fees. We do NOT add any fees to the process; you will only pay what the actual cost is. Please do not bring your own as this may result in the toll authority charging twice. Transponder #9032022

• Can I bring my pet?

  We ask that you do not bring your furry friends with you on your trip. Bringing the vehicle back with any sign of pet hair or other pet residue will result in a $150 cleaning fee as stated in Turo guidelines unless you purchase the pet protection extra for $75/trip. This will protect you against any animal cleaning fees.
