• What if I get a parking ticket?
All parking tickets, airport parking, tolls need to be paid directly by you once you get the ticket. If you fail to pay the parking ticket you will be charged for the ticket, plus any penalties, and a $25 admin fee charged directly by Turo.
• Can I return the car later?
If you'd like to extend the rental, go to your trip details and select "Modify Trip" button. As long as the car is available I will approve your request.
. Can i smoke in the car?
Any kind of smoking are strictly prohibited in all my vehicles. Violators will be charged a cleaning fee of $250 per Turo's policy.
. 🚘 I have to return the car clean? 🚿
Please no drive through car wash, any wash needs an approval, message us. You can return the car with no wash, Exterior wash is not necessary. But Please Keep the inside of the car clean vacuum if necessary. return the car in the same interior clean condition that you picked it up. Dirt, mud, hard to clean floor mats, food or liquid spills will incur a cleaning fee per Turo's policy.
