Isaac was great - accommodating and responsive to questions and needs we had! The van worked great except the rear AC was weak to begin with, then got much worse later. Since it was Sunday, we couldn’t really get it looked at anywhere, so we just made do and continued. Host said he will get it checked out, so hopefully it won’t be an issue in the future. If you plan to use a luggage rack, be aware the hitch receiver is quite low to the ground and you may want to use a hitch raise adapter of some kind.
