I rented the vehicle to provide group transportation for a young adult conference in the City of Houston, so timely and accurate pickup information was especially important. The van’s interior appeared to have been vacuumed, but it was still not clean and did not meet a reasonable standard for a rental vehicle. Unfortunately, the pickup process was extremely frustrating because of repeated inaccurate and unclear communication. I had to call and send multiple messages just to obtain basic information that should have been provided proactively, without me having to ask. I was initially directed to the Blue Lot, then told the vehicle was at ParkMyShare at The Parking Spot 2. However, that location was also incorrect. The van was actually located at Key Airport Parking, 7777 Airport Blvd., Houston, TX 77061.
Because of these repeated errors and the lack of proactive communication, I did not receive the vehicle until almost 12:00 p.m. This significantly disrupted my schedule and affected transportation arrangements for the young adult conference attendees.
The host should have provided accurate pickup information, clear instructions, and timely updates from the beginning. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations, which is why I rated LA Auto Spot 1 out of 5 stars.

We’re sorry the van wasn’t properly cleaned and that inaccurate pickup information caused such a frustrating delay. The vehicle has now been cleaned, and the pickup location and instructions have been corrected and confirmed. Guests now receive the accurate details needed for a much smoother pickup from the start.
Beware was never able to check out car.
