We apologize for the delay at the start of your trip and understand the inconvenience it caused. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as timely vehicle delivery is an important part of the experience we strive to provide for every guest. Our team remains committed to improving the pickup experience so future trips begin as smoothly as possible.
I picked up the van and it was dirty inside and out. I picked it up at night so I wasn't able to see the instead to well until the morning. Wow, at minimum I would have thought they would at least wash the outside. When trying to contact them about the van I didn't get a response until I went on Turo Instagram page and sent them a DM and a comment on a post. I got a response from corporate quickly but not the host.. They told me the host tried to reach out for resolution or to bring the van back but that was untrue. It was my daughters wedding so bringing it back was not convenient at that particular time and the van served as transportation for wedding guests. If the host had reached out properly maybe some things could have been resolved. I was offered nothing as a resolution because I was never contacted by the host. Also instructions were not clearly detailed. I would not recommend this host.
