Pick up/drop off was easy! Van is spacious, seats have some tears but overall it's good, the AC cools really good for this heat! Jesus answered back fairly quickly if I had any questions :)

The van is in bad shape inside. First off the A/C did not work in the back part of the van and Jesus would not compensate for it. Multiple seats had rips and tears and it had a really bad odor. I do not recommend!
