Kai was so responsive and a great communicator. He reached out to me prior to our trip and gave super clear instructions. Considering the Honolulu airport is so huge, his instructions made the process so smooth. The van provided a free ice chest too! The van helped my family of 9 be all together in one van. We had 3 car seats that fit just fine. If you need a van, this is your guy!
