He is an amazing host. I was very worried because I never rented a car on the app but he explained everything to me and accommodated to my large family needs. So kind and every informative about what to do on our stays. We got locked out the car and was there promptly and not even upset just very happy to help. He honestly deserves more stars ! Mahalo Kai
