The communication was not the best. The car was not clean. I had to clean the car when I received that. It was very complicated to communicate because I wanted to have a different drop off time. He did not mention when it was available so the communication skills were not the best. Also, the steering wheel and the air conditioning were not in the best conditions ever. It needs to have a tune-up and have the car 100% ready with the services done before you even hand out a car

Pickup was good and easily accessible. Pickup was a different story. Drove around the airport trying to find the Cypress 7th level parking for almost an hour. You need to enter the hibiscus garage first and go all the way to the 7th floor before crossing into the cypress garage. Besides that, all was great. Was the ideal vehicle for our trip. Thank you!
