Van Broke Down and had to be towed. Tito has been really hard to deal with for a refund.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience. The van’s battery drained because a light was left on or a door was not fully closed during the rental, not due to a mechanical issue with the van. I had it towed at my own expense, and Turo did not reimburse me. A mechanic completed a full inspection, found no issues, and the van started immediately after a jump. I also submitted the inspection report to Turo. Unfortunately, this issue resulted from the light/door being left on/open, not from the vehicle itself.
Tabrez was proactively communicative, quick to respond, and a phenomenal host.

It worked fine and owner got the van to the airport and all worked out. Van has 140,000 miles and is showing some age. But ran fine and ac worked well
