The absolute worst experience ever I have ever had with any rental company. The host could not help and did not offer any resolution to any issues. It ruined my whole family vacation. My family had to find Waze to travel back home from our destination. I had a newborn baby crying. We were scared of the conditions for the severe heat warnings given. I will never ever rent from Turo again, nor will I recommend this to anybody this host should be banned and forbidden from renting this vehicle.
