Excellent service from start to finish! The suv was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The pickup and drop-off service was smooth and convenient, and everything was handled professionally. The communication was great, and the entire experience was stress-free. I would definitely recommend this rental and would gladly use their service again!

The host had not picked up the car and the AC was not working properly. It happens and I do not want to penalize anyone, I. Just want the vehicle gone ASAP.

Your booking was for pick up, I agreed to deliver and pick up the vehicle for you and as a courtesy I didn’t charge you a fee.
AC concerns were immediately addressed, I showed your driver that it works just fine and no other guest has expressed concerns. Unfortunately we live in Florida, it’s 100 degrees out and it’s a large black vehicle. It needs a little time too cool. Additionally, you damaged the vehicle roof during your rental, that is now being addressed.
