As discussed, it’s critical as hosts to collect information that we need to validate a guest's identity. When we had asked you to upload this information you had refused to provide it. If we're unable to collect the necessary identity verification information that we need to validate our guests then we unfortunately have no choice but to cancel your trip. This is simply a requirement before keys are exchanged between guests.

Van was great, Toronto needs to add something to return vehicle earlier. Was charged late fee and vehicle was returned 6 hours before time.
