This was, without question, the worst Turo / rental experience we've ever had.
The problems started before we even picked up the vehicle. The listing advertised delivery anywhere on the strip , but after booking we were told the host would not deliver it to our casino hotel because they couldn’t . That’s fine and I understand that, which I don’t believe by the way, but don’t say or advertise that you can deliver anywhere in the strip and change 100 for that . This is why I booked in the first place. Instead, we had to spend an additional 40 just to get to the airport parking lot to pick it up ourselves.l and pay extra to get it out of lot .
The listing also advertised an ice chest, and I paid 50 for but there wasn't one in the van. And host said sorry, we forgot . I was willing to overlook all of that but then the bigger problem came.
The most serious issue, however, was the vehicle itself. As soon as we reached approximately 65 mph on the expressway, the van began shaking violently. We were traveling with our children and parents, and it was immediately clear that the vehicle was not safe to drive at highway speeds.
When we contacted the host, we expected them to take immediate responsibility for what was clearly a safety issue. Instead, we were told, "You can take it to a mechanic if you want. We checked it this morning and there were no issues." It is not the renter's responsibility to diagnose or repair a vehicle that should have been inspected and safe before it was handed over. Suggesting that we find a mechanic while on vacation with our family was completely unacceptable. She even gave me a worse model , I booked the xlt and I got the lowest model ford makes with a 2.5 screen etc .
We lost nearly five hours of our vacation dealing with a problem that should never have existed. We had to uber to another rental place and pay an additional 1500 to rent a new transit van. Which by the way had no problems at 80 mph. Between the misleading delivery information, missing advertised amenities, unsafe vehicle, and lack of responsibility from the host, this rental fell far below any reasonable standard of customer service and safety.
I would strongly caution anyone considering this vehicle. No vacation is worth risking your family's safety.
Bottom line Christine doesn’t care about customers, she lies and tries to make excuses like the vehicle was serviced professionally the day before. That is a straight up lie and if it was true then shame on you Christine for not driving it and seeing for yourself. You also didn’t answer several phone calls to you about this .
If you want to ruin your vacation, endure alot of unneeded stress, and not be taken care of when you need it then book with turo and Christine . I will never book with turo again, and that’s because I have about 5 trips and always recommended to friends . Never again
Guest attempted to cancel trip but booked a non-refundable trip. Once the guest picked up the vehicle he made several false claims of issues in an attempt to cancel and refund his trip. In addition, guest continued to send harassing messages to our team in an effort to get their trip refunded. After the guest returned the vehicle, we had the vehicle professionally inspected and there were no issues with the vehicle. This guest has been reported to Turo.

Only issue with the rental was at freeway speeds felt like you were in a space shuttle during lift off. Either a wheel is out of balance or the rear shocks need replacing. Terrible vibration at freeway speeds.

Quick communication, vehicle had ample space for everyone and their luggage. Also vehicle has air tag for tracking so don't get alarmed when you get alert saying unknown airtag traveling with you. The vehicle description even though says Android auto, it doesn't have it but it did not make much difference to the experience, there is a phone holder provided and Bluetooth so served the purpose. In general would definitely recommend the rental.
