Good but vehicle did have a check engine light, was assured that vehicle was okay to drive and did not have issues.

Overall, very satisfied with renting this van through Turo. The process was very quick and easy and convenient.

The van drove decent and was very spacious. Everyone was comfortable and has enough cargo space for all 9 of us. It was a little dirty but overall it was good. Christine was super nice and would for sure rent from her again.

The vehicle was great. I had family flying in and needed a vehicle big enough for 9 people.
The only issue that I had was with how the host handled their “policy”. The day of the trip they sent a message saying I needed to show my personal insurance as additional identification before I picked up the vehicle.
I don’t have a problem with that because I understand that you have to protect your business. It’s a large vehicle and you have to be more cautious with parking and maneuvering.
My issue was with the fact that they waited until the day of the trip to state the policy, after I bought insurance through Turo days in advance and the vehicle weeks in advance. They stated that if I didn’t feel comfortable uploading my personal insurance I could cancel my non refundable trip.
What if i didn’t have personal insurance? I would have lost $800 and left with no time to find a replacement.
Which shows a lack of integrity.
I’ll rather go through a car rental company and pay more next time instead of trying to support a small business, and I am a small business owner.

As we had discussed, you had a newly issued ID and with newly issued IDs it is critical as hosts that we take the precaution to collect information we need to validate a guest’s identity. When we had asked for this information, you had refused to provide it. If we’re unable to collect the information that we need to validate our guests then we unfortunately have no choice but to cancel your trip. As we had discussed this is simply a requirement.
