Mostly great. Car needs new tires; pretty low tread and has a spare on with a disconnected sensor that kept alerting. Also had a very large crack in the windshield.
But, held our crew for Zion with plenty of room for bags!

Was a fantastic time with the vehicle. They were very helpful and understanding with all of my confusion.

Was everything we needed and more for our trip. Great ride, no issues and host was great at communicating!

I want to start off by saying the host did a fantastic job at communicating and ensuring we had a good experience while renting. Although we did run into a few issues at pickup the engine light and tire pressure light was on we immediately reached out to the host, but we didn’t receive an answer. It was 12 AM at this time although she did respond to us a few hours later ensuring us that the vehicle was good to go and that the codes needed to be cleared. Another issue that we had was the vehicle was dirty. I reached out to the host and she apologize for this scenario and stated why she also reimbursed us due to this issue. Overall, we did enjoy our trip. Things were taken care of and handle very well by the host. She stayed in communication with me through the whole entire process and for that I really do appreciate it.
