I want to start off by saying the host did a fantastic job at communicating and ensuring we had a good experience while renting. Although we did run into a few issues at pickup the engine light and tire pressure light was on we immediately reached out to the host, but we didn’t receive an answer. It was 12 AM at this time although she did respond to us a few hours later ensuring us that the vehicle was good to go and that the codes needed to be cleared. Another issue that we had was the vehicle was dirty. I reached out to the host and she apologize for this scenario and stated why she also reimbursed us due to this issue. Overall, we did enjoy our trip. Things were taken care of and handle very well by the host. She stayed in communication with me through the whole entire process and for that I really do appreciate it.

Overall, the vehicle was in good condition and worked well for our trip. When we first picked it up, I noticed a small crack in the windshield and a windshield washer fluid warning light was on, but neither issue affected the drivability or safety of the vehicle. The van comfortably accommodated our family of nine, and it helped make our family trip smooth and enjoyable without any problems.
