Sprinter was in ok shape, it had a lot of cosmetic scratches and dents. Pick up from the airport was very unorganised. The directions on this app gave directions to parking garage G but when we got there (15 min on the air bus), the host called and said they would pick us up at terminal 1 where were just at so we to the airbus back to terminal 1 (another 15 min), and then met the driver. I couldn’t get the Bluetooth to work so u messaged the host on day 1 and didn’t get a response until day 5 out of 6.

The host did accommodate us for drop off. We had it scheduled for 10:00am and they were very kind and met us at 5:00 am instead- we were very thankful.

Over all a good experience but lacked on communication which wasn’t the end of the world

Was expecting something else from the photos on the profile, the reality was different - a very old and tired sprinter van, rim made noise from the motor, things was patched up with duct tape, windshield wipers didn’t worked - many things wasn’t really functional very well.

The communication and service from the owner was good, they delivered the sprinter and picked it up in San Francisco for a 140$ fee. Was okay.

Price was too high compared to the quality of the sprinter.

This was a fantastic rental experience. Van was perfect for a large group and the host made pick up and drop off smooth and easy.

My experience is very similar to the review posted below. The van is very outdated (2016) and trying to connect to an Android phone is a headache. The doors are hard to close as well.

The pick up process was nowhere near what was listed, as you will not be picking it up from international G. There was a driver that literally picked us up from airport departures, and we had to get in so quickly that we didn't have time to take photos and do a proper check in.

Overall, if you're just looking for a vehicle for the weekend and you're not too picky, this vehicle will work for you. Don't think that just because it is a Mercedes, that you're still gonna experience some type of luxury.

Car quality was sub-par. Exterior has “HI” literally painted on it as if it were dust…. Weird.
Interior lights do not work when you open the doors.
Only front lights work IF you press the buttons. Missing drivers arm rest. Drivers seat belt is loose and not taut like it should be.
Not a smooth ride. Very bumpy. Probably needs new shocks.

Host did not pick me up from the actual airport as advertised. Instead, I had to pay $22 taxi to meet at a hotel.

On drop off day, she didn’t respond to request for 1 hour drop off delay request that I put in 4 hours before return was due. Blamed it on me and asked to return the van to her home- which means I’d have to spend more money for a taxi.
She then lied and said that I agreed to return to her home from .3 miles away.
I did not.
I sent her a picture of our text thread as proof but she ignored that.
Instead- I had to end my vacation with a phone call to Turo Customer Service to help me.
