Everything was beautiful. The vehicle drives very smoothly. My family was very comfortable on our road trip to our family reunion. Britney was great. I didn't bother her much but when I had a question and I'll text her she was very responsive. Even when I called her early in the morning. I will be using their service in the near future.

This van worked so well for our trip to VA! We had 9 people, plus a bunch of luggage. The airport pickup and drop off was so handy and easy to complete. There's a lingering smoke smell, but thankfully it wasn't too bad after the air started moving. I trust the owner will continue to do her best to get the smell completely removed. Will rent again if we're in the area with a big group.

Brittney was an awesome host! She responded quickly every time I had a question and was very helpful throughout the entire rental process. The Ford Transit was exactly as described and performed well during my trip. The only area for improvement would be the interior cleanliness, as it could have used a little additional cleaning before pickup. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience and would definitely rent from Brittney again in the future. Highly recommended!
