Pickup and drop off was easy and host was responsive to messages. Van was decent and big enough for our needs.

The van was great accommodated my family they where all comfortable had an issue with the rear hub cap coming off from pick up, somewhere down to my destination it got loose and the radio didn’t work and check engine light came on during the drive had us a little worried but we made it there and back safely
