Van was great! Only issue was the windshield wipers were in terrible condition and we could barely see when it was raining. Felt pretty uncomfortable when it was raining. Had to pull over and wait it out at one point.

I apologize about the windshield wipers. They will be changed. I check everything Prior to each trip and did not see any issues with them. I certainly don’t want my guests being uncomfortable. I’m happy to hear the vehicle overall was great. Thank you for the feedback.
This van was very spacious. Trunk space amazing for packing. Great on gas. Nice navigation system and the host communication is too noch. Will book if available for Next trip!!

Deidre and Turo were outstanding!!! The van pick up was easy and instructions were clear. Smooth and easy pick up and drop off! The van was perfect for our family trip to visit NC.

Very good vehicle; it drove like a champ and gas mileage was good for a 12-seater. The seating was comfortable and trunk space was more than enough for the passengers. Pickup and drop off were smooth. Will book again for similar trip. Thanks.
