Car pickup instructions were clear. Car ran smooth.
I’m very sorry that the van was left unclean upon your arrival. The previous renter dropped it off at 11pm and you picked it up at 6am, unfortunately there just wasn’t enough time to clean it between then. Again I apologize so I issued a 15% discount for your next trip and removed the need to drop it off with a full tank as well.

Micheal is a gracious host.If you have a question respond immediately and goes above and beyond to help. Definitely renting again from him this is my second time rent his van. Only If all the host was like Micheal
