AC broke 20min into trip, but we had to get to our destination. We were uncomfortable the whole drive. Host still charged me full price for extra mileage. I’ve never had a problem with Turo until this trip.

Supposedly Ac wasn’t working properly, and I specifically told him you can bring the vehicle back, but he said no it’s fine went to Vegas and back to LA and didn’t want to get charged for extra miles. That’s not how it works with Turo.
I had a great experience renting the Mercedes Sprinter! The van was clean, comfortable, spacious, and exactly what we needed. The entire rental process was smooth and easy.
The owner was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout the whole process.

Great communication, nice and clean vehicle, drop off was timely. Only note is the vehicle didn’t have fuel on arrival, so budget time for that or add on when booking. Overall good experience!
